Do all asians have a problem with Cambodians?

I see it and hear that other asians like chinese and viets look down on Khmer people. I mean what's the deal? What is it that Khmer people do for other asians to look down on Khmers? I don't get it. Someone please explain this to me............cuz I sure as hell don't have a fuking clue.
